Your Arrival
• Self Check-In: Secure lockbox for fully private access. • Personal Greeting: If we’re available, we’re happy to meet you on arrival and provide an orientation.
You will have full and private access to the house, guest casitas (according to the number of guests booking), pool, grounds and gardens. No other guests will be renting, even if you don't book all the casitas. The owners also own the property beside the main compound which has a separate driveway and gate, and a 9’ privacy wall to insure privacy and separation. Although not always present, if they are, the owners are eagerly willing to interact, assist, and communicate, as much or as little as you like!
For groups of less then 10 people, not all of the units will be made available. Example: 6/7 people; access to main house and one casita. 8/9 people; main house and two casitas. 10-13 people; have full access to all units. If you would like more casitas then your numbers allow, please indicate so, and we will adjust the rate to accommodate your wishes.
Pool cleaners will come twice per week for approximately 20-30 minutes. Our gardener/caretaker Silvana will be on site at various times through the week. Always discreet, she is our lovely friend who makes up a big part of our team. If you would like a fresh coconut harvested and opened, feel free to ask her. She is working hard on her English skills, but a little Spanish speaking goes a long way if you can!
Where you’ll be
The Villa sits on a corner on a dead-end road and that is surrounded by farmland. There are six neighbors on our street, all expats, and one lovely Mexican family. It is an 8 minute walk to a gorgeous, pristine, and quiet white-sand beach. Sunsets over the Pacific are second to none. Just a five minute drive from both Cerritos surf beach and San Pedrito surf break. Todos Santos with it's many restaurants is just 15 minutes away and of course the lovely little town of Pescadero and Cerritos Beach, have many dining choices, groceries, beer and other necessities. Cabo San Lucas is just 40 minutes away.
Best best is to rent a car. We live on dirt roads so a jeep/SUV is a good idea, but by no means essential. A higher clearance vehicle is perfect for exploring the local beaches and the Sierra Laguna mountains just behind us. Contact us for a local rental solution at reasonable prices.

• Depending on your group size, the house and casitas are opened to match — accommodating up to 13 guests in total. Rentals are for the whole property only, you will not have other guests onsite even if your rental does not include all the units.
